3-DAY WORKSHOP
We designed our workshop for teams and employees directly involved in building strategy in their organization. We help align and organize knowledge of both the organization’s current operations and plans for short- and long-term development.
By understanding the goals and needs of both the organization itself and the other teams that contribute to the organizational structure, your leaders and employees will be better able to accomplish the tasks set before them.Workshops also help eliminate information silos and improve collaboration across departments and teams.
The workshop exercises are planned to involve all participants – both as a group and individually. The questions posed to the project team make it possible to quickly define the main challenges facing the implementation of specific strategic tasks.
The 3-day workshop consists of a meticulously designed formula that gives space for each participant to speak and present his or her opinion and work through the issues most relevant to the organization in depth. At the same time, the format of the workshop optimizes working time and avoids idle or irrelevant discussions.
The composition of the group is extremely important. The optimal number of participants is 6-10 people. It is important that they are both people with full knowledge of their field (in the context of the organization’s operations) and decision-makers with organizational awareness and power to make the solutions developed at the workshop viable and implementable.
The primary goal is to create a plan for implementing a specific strategy in the short and long term. Together we plan activities that will directly bring the project team closer to achieving the set strategic goals. We also help select the right tools and, if necessary, organize the work of the team to make it work better and more efficiently in the future.
We are also keen for workshop participants to understand the idea of the common goal of developing their organizations. The exercises we work through help understand other teams’ perspectives on common problems and challenges, break down the communication barrier, and integrate the group responsible for the targeted implementation of strategic activities.
